For your perfect vacation
On the day of arrival, the apartments are ready for you from 03:00 pm. If you arrive after 08:00 pm, we ask you to inform us. If you arrive earlier and the apartment is ready, you can, of course, move in immediately. To make your holiday as stress-free as possible, you can use our online check-in.
We ask you to leave the apartment until 09:00 am on the day of departure.
Until 06:00 pm you have the possibility to order fresh bread for the next day. The bread will be delivered right to your apartment door at around 07:00 in the morning.
Out of consideration for all our guests, we ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in our apartment house.
For a binding reservation we ask you to make an advance payment of 50% of the total arrangement price. Your reservation will be confirmed as soon as the transfer has been made.
You can pay your bills in cash or via bank transfer.
For the final cleaning of the apartments, we ask for a one-time charge of € 90,00 to € 170,00 depending on the type of apartment.
In our digital guest folder “GASTFREUND” you get useful information concerning your stay at the Moritz.
The visitor’s tax is not included in the arrangement price and amounts to € 2,80 per person and night (15 years & older).
The general cancellation conditions according to AGBH apply.
- Up to three months before arrival – no cancellation fee
- Three months up to one month before arrival – 40% of the total amount
- One month until one week – 70% of the total amount
- In the last week – 90% of the total amount
- In case of no-show – 100% of the booked arrangement price
Because something can always happen, we recommend getting travel cancellation insurance. The European Travel Insurance is our cooperation partner and offers a comprehensive travel cancellation offer with the following included services:
- Cancellations in case of illness, case of death, job loss etc.
- Search and rescue costs
- Delayed start of the stay
- Trip interruption
- Involuntary extension of vacation
We ask you to smoke outside or on the balconies only. The entire house is a non-smoking area.
On request we can provide a cot, children’s bed linen and a highchair.
At the Moritz you will find a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Whether sweaty sportswear or wet clothes because of sudden rain, at the Moritz this is no problem. Everything is fresh and clean in no time.
